Butter Sauce
Made with real creamery butter, this velvety smooth sauce lends a fresh buttery flavor to any dish. Versatility though is what really makes this sauce stand out. Applications: The perfect butter sauce option for pasta primavera, grilled lamb ribs, spicy shrimp and penne pasta, classic fettuccine alfredo, sautéed rainbow trout, searing hot wings, or even a butter sauce fondue.
Beurre Blanc Sauce
Literally translated from French as "white butter", this classic suace is made from dairy fresh butter, grey shallots and crisp, white wine. Having a light texture and rich flavor, it goes well with seafood and is also excellent with poultry, vegetables and eggs.
Applications: Perfect on top of grilled chicken, sautéed salmon or tilapia, angel hair pasta, fish tacos, baked sweet potatoes, or even on top of asparagus.
Hollandaise-style Sauce
Known as one of the five grandes sauces in French cuisine, Hollandaise traces its origins back to the mid-1650's. Smooth and creamy, it is light yellow in appearance. The flavor is rich and buttery, with a mild tang added by the lemon juice. Hollandaise is known for its tempermental personality, but our Quik-Creations™ version eliminates the risk of broken sauces and overcooked eggs so common in scratch made Hollandaise.
Applications: The perfect sauce for a flavorful eggs benedict with crab, drizzled over freshly steamed asparagus, and seared ahi tuna. Add tarragon to create your own bèarnaise sauce for your favorite grilled fish.
Crème Anglaise Sauce
Made using fresh cream, sugar and vanilla extract, our Crème Anglaise sauce performs beautifully whether served warm or cold. Its silky custard texture allows easy napping of dessert plates and delivers an elegant presentation.
Applications: Deliciously sweet on a chocolate pound cake or assorted fresh berries. A popular choice on crème brûlée or over ice cream. A beautiful finishing touch on a rich chocolate soufflé, or on a warm bread pudding
